I tell the truth and it gets me in trouble. I'm a mix of nerd and hedonist, but sly comments tend to go over my head at an alarming altitude. Sometimes I'm shy, sometimes I'm quiet, and sometimes I babble incessantly. As I get older, I'm finding that my shyness is dissipating...I can be a trifle blunt at times. Goofy, ditzy, philosophical, too serious yet always laughing; a smile is the normal expression on my face. I have a rather odd sense of humor, but occasionally am able to make other people laugh.

I recently looked at my profile and realized it was far too wordy, so a massive edit has just taken place. Can a person be summarized in one to two paragraphs? Apparently so.

Upon reconsideration, I've decided that if I can't blather on about myself here, where can I? So the following is subject to frequent change, which I think will be entertaining, if only for myself.

For fun, I like to hang out with friends and family. I prefer homes and coffee shop environments rather than clubs or bars. I've been to a few late night beach bonfires lately that were really fun, too. I like roller coasters and ren-faires, board and card games, and dark beer.

I don't care much for drama, manipulative behavior, or organized religion.

At larger social gatherings, I've found that I tend to flit from one small conversational group to another. Please don't try to make me sit down, or stay in one place for long; it's just not gonna happen.

I find tall men attractive, and long hair on a guy incredibly sexy, but neither are prerequisites. Common sense, intelligence and good conversation are.

Why do they make this stuff mandatory? Anyway, I am a teacher. High school theatre. I think there must be something wrong with me for that one. I'm not that exciting. I like to go have drinks with friends and am really good a procrastinating. I read a whole lot. Is that enough about me? What else do you want to know?

I am 22 years old. I'm originally from Ohio, I moved in with some family here in Texas about 18 months ago. Family is the most important thing in the world to me. Thereâ??s so much to say about myself, but I never really know where to start or what to say. You can see from the pictures what I look like physically. Iâ??m very focused on my career. I am a kindergarten teacher at NASA's private child care center. I love children and want to make a difference in at least one childâ??s life. I love spending time with friends and family. Iâ??m not much of a party animal or into large crowds in confined spaces. Even though I like driving, I hate Houston traffic. Road rage is an issue. So if you are ever on the phone or in the car with me while driving, I apologize now for whatever you may hear. I'm not a fan of heights, so roller coasters, ferris wheels, etc. are out of the question. I have made exceptions, like when I went to San Antonio, but those exceptions are few. Bugs (spiders, snakes, anything crawling on me) aren't high on my list either.

I'm looking for someone to be friends first with. If there's a greater connection, then that's a plus, but I'm not going to rush into anything. Phyiscally I can't pinpoint specific traits. It really depends on how everything comes together on the guy. Two things that I prefer is a guy who's older than me and taller, but it's not written in stone. I definitely don't want to rule anybody out and because of that miss out on a great friend or something more. Because I get along well with my family(most of them), I would like a guy that holds family in the highest regards. He has to be caring, understanding, and honest. So my name is Matt, and I am 21 years old. I attend San Jacinto College south in Pearland, and I live in League City. I am pursuing a music degree and I love all kinds of music. I would love to have a band someday but in terms of a career I want to teach lessons. I love kids and I have taught lessons before and I loved it. Hey I'm Danielle, I'm very laid back, easy going, and love to laugh. Currently I'm working on my associate's in nursing, and in another semester I will be an RN! Then I'm going to prusue a bachelors and masters in nursing but I haven't quite chosen a specialty. I love the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, I was raised with it so I'm used to it and it's fun. That being said I'm not afraid to get dirty! My name is Trent, going to community college to get my basics then working for a masters of information technology. I go to the gym between 4-5x a week. I am on my computer, cell phone, or other electronic device 24/7 and I try to enjoy being always connected. I don't mind leaving those things behind when appropriate, but otherwise. I've working in a couple of different fields none of which I want to pursue besides computer work.
